Post Count: 0The year is 2390. Commander Matthew Alexander of Hawkeye Island has been summoned to Providence Shipyard for a meeting with the Admiralty. While there, he learns of his promotion and reassignment as Commanding Officer of the new Vesta class USS Caelian. While out on his shakedown cruise, he learns of a disaster. The USS Shanghai has gone missing with all hands. His brother is one of the missing. Starfleet soon abandons hope on finding the Shanghai, but Matt's not ready to leave his brother. He must chose between Starfleet's orders of continuing the shakedown cruise or using the Quantum Slipstream Drive to travel to the Shanghai's last know location.
